Meet Elizabeth Rosario
I'm Elizabeth Rosario, founder of Flourish.
I grew up in a Polish immigrant household where food was one of the ways we gathered and cared for one another. Home-cooked meals shaped my appreciation for thoughtful ingredients and eventually led me to become a Registered Dietitian. That same curiosity shows up at home, too—I'm always sprouting, fermenting or making my own yogurt.
I created Flourish because food and drink have always meant connection to me, yet alcohol seemed to be the default at every gathering. What I couldn't find was an alternative that felt social and distinctly adult. I wanted to build that with low-dose THC and CBD—an experience of its own, not an imitation of alcohol, made with the same care I'd bring to a meal.
We kept the formula intentionally simple, with real fruit, botanicals and electrolytes to support hydration. No added sugar, preservatives or artificial ingredients.
The result is a bright, fruit-forward sparkling drink made for the moment.
